See the photos for the specs on this ballasts. All ballasts that we sell are tested with fluorescent bulbs before we list them, and they all work great! HERE IS THE STORY ABOUT EVERY BALLAST THAT WE SELL!!! We purchased well over 1000 brand new assorted fluorescent light fixtures, in the original boxes, at an auction. The fixtures had never been installed, and were all still in their original boxes. After we got them back to our warehouse, we found that virtually every one of them had some sort of cosmetic issue to the fixtures themselves. For example it may had gotten “dented” in shipping, or perhaps the little part that holds the bulbs had snapped off…….. various issues like that. We did not find out about these issues until after we had purchased them and gotten them back to the warehouse, and found that they were virtually unsellable as complete, new, “fluorescent fixtures”. So rather than trash the whole bunch of them, we decided to take them apart and pull out each of the ballasts, and sell those ballasts as cheap as we could on Ebay. So that is the story on every ballast that we sell. They are all brand new, never “used”, and working great! There is “no original package” and there are “no instructions sheets”. (However, most have the wiring diagrams printed on the ballast itself.) OF SPECIAL NOTE!!!!! It is very likely that the photo of the ballast that you are looking at is not the actual ballast you will get. The model will be exactly the same as the one in the photo, and the wiring diagrams (if shown) will be exactly the same as the one in the photo. Since we started with thousands of these fluorescent fixtures, many of which many were duplicate models of fixtures, we took various photos of only one of each model of ballast we have available. As such, the one you get may have a different color label on it, the metal body may be white, grey or some other color, the length of the wires may be slightly different, the ends of the wires may or may not be stripped, and due to the original installation and then our removal of the ballast from the fixture, it may have a small scratch or smudge on it in a different location than may be shown in the picture. If this is not OK with you, please DO NOT BUY IT!!!! At the price we are selling these for, we are certainly not going to photograph each individual ballast of the same model. If this is shipped to an Ohio address, Ohio requires us to collect sales tax on the final sale price of the item as well as the shipping cost for that item. ******************************************************** ABOUT US Hi there, and welcome to The Coatsington Trade Company!
