It is a perfect addition to any restaurant,or a great upgrade. Would be ideal for any food-truck, because we know the faster food is cooked and served the greater the profit !! This item purchased new is priced @ + $6,000, this is not a table-top model! Item was bought new and has been in storage 4 years. Item listed as "New-other" because I bent the grease pan, but it did not affect anything on the unit and and when the pan is inserted you can't see the slight crease once in.
