All equipment that is out of box (usd or new) is fully inspected, tested, and securely packaged for you. Some items are in good shape when we receive them and require minimal cleaning and no refurbishing. We prefer all shipments be picked up locally for freeat our Laurel, Maryland showroom. We offer UPS Ground and common carrier/freight for larger items, but shipping cost is not included in eBay listing price. Every item we ship is packaged with care to ensure reliable transportation from our location to yours. We offer White-Glove delivery (full service delivery, equipment installation, removal of old equipment) delivery within 100 miles of our showroom located in Laurel, Maryland for minimum of $350. You may also arrange for your own shipping company to pick up your package. We will prep for shipping for a fee of $40 per standard pallet and $80 for an over-sized pallet. Our eBay listings are priced to sell fast and locally, so shipping cost is not included. Ground shipments and freight shipments for larger items will require a separate shipping quote which we will send you after your purchase. SHIPPING LARGE ITEMS: Products or orders too large or heavy to ship via UPS Ground will be delivered to you via common carrier. This type of shipping is different than ground shipping, and one difference is that you are responsible for taking the product off of the back of the truck and into your business, unless you specify with us that you want lift-gate delivery, meaning the truck driver will lower your shipment to ground level for you. After your item has shipped via common carrier, we will email you tracking information so you can prepare for the delivery. The important thing to remember about common carrier deliveries is that you should sign for your shipment after you have checked to make sure that it arrived to you safely and have noted of any issues on the delivery receipt. If the packaging shows any evidence of a problem, truck drivers must wait up to 15 minutes while you break the shrink wrap and inspect individual items for any damage, and make sure the correct amount of pieces were delivered. If you notice any damage, you are allowed to break the shrink wrap on the skids to inspect individual items. If any item is clearly damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about any item being damaged or missing, you MUST do the following: Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing (ie - "missing 3 pieces", "multiple dents on table", etc). Keep your copy of the delivery receipt. Contact us within 1 business day. Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection. Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging.
