Utilizing the Touch Probe, the VPE can troubleshoot thermal expansion valves in less than 5 minutes, and find faulty steam traps in just seconds! The Touch Probe can also be used to detect worn bearings and faulty valves. Products & Warranty All products are new, and shipped in the in the original manufacturer’s packing. All listed items are covered by the standard manufacturer warranty. Refuse any packages that are visibly damaged and obtain from carrier a document confirming the damaged condition of the package. A Return Authorization Number, often called a RMA, is required to return any ordered item. To request an RMA, please send us a message thru eBay messages, and clearly provide the reasons for the return with relevant details. V. Credit, Replacement & Restocking Fee Repair, Replacement or credit request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. After 14 days of product receipt, the product manufacturer must be contacted to obtain repair, replacements or credit. Credit returns for non-damaged, non-defective or open box products are subjected to a 25% restocking fee, shipping cost and insurance cost, all of which will be at the buyer’s expense. Shipping fees generated as a result of returning an item will not be refunded. NOTE: Once the item is opened, it is ineligible to be sold as brand new or for the selling price.
