Heat response is rapid and thermal lag low — typical heating rates are approximately 5° per minute. Designed to operate up to 250°C. Magnetic stirrers operate efficiently with these units. Baths are fitted with permanently attached stainless steel banana type connections. For use with all ACE Proportional Temperature Controllers (not included) to get precise, accurate and safe heating since the output voltage is automatically limited. May also be controlled manually with 12080-10 Auto Transformer, (Not included)however, care must be taken not to exceed the maximum voltage rating of the individual bath. Never operate dry; be certain that heat exchange medium is in bath before applying current.
