No chips or cracks that I could see, but it is used and may have some noticeable scratches and stains. I guarantee this item has never been used for any nefarious or felonious activity, nor do I condone its use for such! I acquired this flask from the 3M company back in the 1990's while I was employed there. They were cleaning out their laboratory supply/stock room and were going to throw it away. Still looks to be in useable condition, although I make no guarantees about that. Because of the age and fact that it is used, it is being sold as-is, no returns. However, it will be packaged in plenty of cushioning inside a cardboard box to protect it during shipment. See pictures for best idea of condition.
