Table Top Chocolate Temperer with Thermostat controlled heat unit melts and tempers up to 6 lbs of chocolate 5qt. Stainless Steel Bowl included Bowl lifts out for easy dispensing. Operates on 110 VAC Dimensions: 12" high, 17" diameter.
