ACMC Chocolate temperer from JB Prince. Used for less than 48 hours, the machine was bigger than I anticipated and I don't typically need to temper this quantity of chocolate. Machine functions very well and runs efficiently. New on JB Prince sells for $795, others sell for over $800, don't pass up on a quality machine at a great price!
