Belt should be disposed of and changed ($300-$400 NEW on eBay). 2 rear caster wheels are missing. Even though the motor turns on, since it needs a full refurbishing as stated above, this item will be sold in non-working condition for repair or for parts. New MSRP over $12,000.00.
