     This is a ACME Strapping tensioner, windlass type.       Heavey duty piece.      Can handle strap widths from 3/8" to 1 1/4".      I tryed it with some 1/2" strapping I have, tightned it around the 1/2" plywood. Could have easily crushed the plywood.      Overall length: 19 1/2".        I havn't had a chance to get a price from Acme, it looks like the current model would be DTW 208.      I also looked in the MSC book to get some information, there item #01700970 looks similar, the on line price is $642.75 for there made in USA item.      I would say condition is good to almost very good.      The rubber handle grip is in very good condition, indication of how much use this has seen.      Thanks for looking..
