Acro 11084 ridge hook for ladders, with fixed wheel & swivel bar. Made in the USA. This heavy-duty ladder hook has a rod-reinforced hook as well as a rolling wheel that does not swivel, and is an essential safety tool for roof work. Only one hook needed per ladder. Hook end-bar swivels to prevent digging into the roof surface, so it's the perfect ladder hook for slate, tile, and asbestos shingle roofs! 300 lb. capacity. Its adjustable lock secures almost any ladder to your roof. The ladder hook is especially helpful when working with weak decking, wet or icy surfaces, steep slopes, or when performing chimney or antenna repairs. The reinforced rod around the hook adds strength and durability, while the wheel makes it easy to roll up and down the roof. The 8" wide swiveling end plate distributes the weight of the ladder to prevent breakage of roof shingles.  Roll the ladder on its back up the roof, then flip the ladder to hook it over the ridge. The ladder hook clamps onto the ladder rungs. Always install a ladder hook on a single ladder section only (NEVER ON AN EXTENSION LADDER)
