The MC4U control module addresses the needs of the most demanding motion centric applications with high axis count, flexible configuration and scalability, and the optional full functionality of a PLC. The MC4U includes up to eight built-in digitally controlled universal motor drives that can be programmed to control any motor technology. With our unique real-time networking technology, which is based on the EtherCAT protocol, many MC4U units can be networked together, thus creating one fully integrated system that controls up to 32 axes of motion and hundreds more I/Os. In this MC4Unt system, one of the MC4U units acts as a master and the others as slaves. The SPiiPlusNT controller within the master MC4U unit directly controls all the axes including those of the slaved MC4Us. For motion centric multi-axis machinery, the MC4U system delivers the highest performance at a better cost when compared to any other available solution in the market. 3 Axes 5/10 A drives, 250 kHz SIN-COS encoder inputs, 8 kW Power Supply
