This machine was inherited from a family member's estate. He was an orthopedic surgeon who used this in his practice for physical therapy for pain relief for hispatients. It was not used for perhaps the last 8-10 years from the reports that I got from his office staff, perhaps longer. All the items pictured above do come with it and according to the previous staff members, there was not an issue with it when last used. The PT who was trained to use the machine left, therapy was abandoned and very little time was actually used on this machine. It does power up and with my limited knowledge appears to function.
