It produces a linear product of X and Y voltage inputs, -3dB output bandwidth of 250MHz (small signal rise time 1 ns). Full scale (-1V to +1V) rising to falling time of 2.5 ns (using 150? standard RL), 0.1% up time is typically 20 ns. Its differential multiplication inputs (X, Y) and summing input (Z) in a high impedance state. Low impedance output voltage (W) up to ±2.5V, can drive up to 25? load. Normal operation using ±5V power supply. AD835 only has outstanding speed performance, and easy to use, feature-rich. For example, in addition to allowing the signal at the output of adding outside, Z inputs also make AD835 operating voltage amplification up to about 10 times. Therefore, the product of the multiplier is very low noise (50nV/?Hz), far better than earlier products.
