ADAMATIC REVENT Model RR1X1G135 This oven was working when taken out of service, I was going to use it as a Powder coat oven but with its steam system it is more valuable as a bread and bakery oven. High Quality REVENT Natural Gas oven MADE in SWEDEN with Stainless Steel outer and inner skin. Designed as a bakery oven with Steam for bread making and a Motorized Rack rotator and convection fan. The inside is approximately 56" x 44" x 84". The door is 36" x 80" and has a vision window. The gas burner is USA made MIDICO. Assembly is quick because REVENT uses a Wedge System that is not only very strong but also saves time and money - see pictures. Assembly is easily done at the bakery in a matter of a few hours, not the days needed for ovens that are screwed and bolted together. Additionally, the wedge system simplifies the disassembly process and reduces costs for relocation if the need arises. REVENT oven’s use a steel ball steam system designed around the fact that spheres have the greatest surface area to volume ratio of any geometrical form. The large surface area guarantees maximum steam generation during the baking process. This allows the dough to increase to a large volume in the beginning of the bake and creates a shiny crust at the end of the bake. The spherical surface of the ball is also perfectly designed to absorb heat, so the steam generator does also serve as a heat accumulator. This heat is used to shorten the recovery time in the beginning of the bake and between the bakes. SPECIFICATION: Input Gas 325000 BTU per hr Natural Gas Manifold Pressure 3.2 in W.C. Voltage 208 or 230 VAC I also have copies of the MIDICO gas burner spare parts and operation manual SHIPPING INFO:  2 pieces on Pallets 60" x 120" x 108" High 1 Pallet 48" x 96" x 36" High We have forklift and will load for free on pallets.
