Serial No.: R-10205. 115 Volts, 1.5 Amps, 60 Cycles, A.C. Only! CSA and UL seals/logos on black, plastic label, affixed to the white porcelain body. There are four (4) round openings/slots (each numbered) in the revolving/spinning, mottled Cerulean blue, metal top. In each of the slots are a removeable "Stainless Steel; Clay-Adams" (as marked) shaft/tube into which the test tube to be used, would be inserted. One (1) of these is included which has a white paper label with this wording: "CORVAC Sterile-Integrated Serum Separator Tube 10ML. Style HRI 8881-302015. SherwoodMedical; St. Louis, Mo 63103 526881 1, Exp. Date 9-85 Lot 070475". Condition: some chipping/color loss at openings for test tubes; small chip in porcelain at middle rim/widest point of this medical appliance/machine. Sits on three (3) large black rubber, suction-type feet (to prevent slipping, especially while spinning), all are Like New, as are the Cord and Plug!
