Lift-gate is not included unless noted. --The equipment and supplies ordered/manufactured for this project can not be returned or canceled. --Equipment damaged after delivery by other trades etc is the responsibility of the buyer or party that damaged the unit. --Deli Design Inc can not, and will not; be held responsible for damages after initial signature of delivery of the equipment package. --Attention: For your protection, please do not accept damaged products. Inspect all shipments carefully before signing and accepting products from any freight company. If products are accepted with damage, freight companies will not pay for the repairs or replacement. Concealed freight damage should be reported to the shipping company immediately. Please keep all crating materials for possible return. Items returned must be in new condition. Damages or shortages must be identified at time of delivery. Please record the information on bill of lading before delivery person leaves.
