Customer Service Return Policy Culinary Depot is committed to making your online shopping experience a pleasurable one - we therefore offer a customer friendly return policy. We will gladly accept returns on all unused items that are still in their original packaging, with the exception of custom items and equipment with optional accessories. The customer is responsible for any shipping cost and up to a 25% restocking fee on all items. Walk-ins are subject to 35% restocking fee + cost of shipping. Due to the fragility of glass and china, we cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival to you. Therefore, we ask that any orders of glass or china be inspected upon arrival. If the returned item is brand new and still factory sealed, we will issue a store credit for the full price of the item, minus the outgoing shipping costs that were paid to get the original item to you. If the item comes back to us in used or open box condition, there will be in addition to the shipping charges, a 10% processing fee deducted from the issued store credit.
