Constructed of heavy duty stainless steel for durability, each tank comes with a heavy duty fryer basket with collapsable heat-resistant handle. Temperature control switch adjusts from 120 - 375°. Each tank has a capacity of 6 liters. Tank insert has handles for easy removal. Heating coils are protected by a wire grate (included). Calibration marks on tank insert makes measuring oil easy. This double fryer includes two cords so one fryer can be used at a time. 120V, 1750W, 4.5 Amps.
