ADCRAFT (DF-6L/2) Double Tank Commercial Deep Fryer Constructed of heavy duty stainless steel for durability. Includes heavy duty fryer baskets with collapsable heat-resistant handle. Temperature control switch adjusts from 120° F - 375° F and cooks up to 15 lbs of food per hour. Each tank has a capacity of 6 liters and has handles for easy removal. Calibration marks on tank insert makes measuring oil easy. Heating coils protected by wire grates (included). 120V, 1750W, 4.5 Amps. Overall dimensions 24.41" x 18.11" x 12.99".
