Every now and then I am in a quandary -- I have a mannequin that has some big problems -- big enough that I'm almost afraid to sell her on eBay for fear of a bad feedback rating. But, on the other hand, with enough photos and disclosure of her problems, I feel it's worthwhile. She can go to a home that will put her to use, instead of a dumpster. So, I have an "Adopt a Mannequin" club. If you find one of these in my listings, you'll know the mannequin has some serious issues. The price will be very low, and it is an opportunity to get a mannequin at a very low price! Similar to my other Adopt A Mannequin auction this week, this pretty lady looks best from the front. So, she can do a great job modeling for an online store where you can show her just from the front. But, she does have a lot of problems, so please look at the photos closely and use them as the final word in case I miss something when describing her. Her problems: She has severe cracking across her entire back that extends to the base, and also on her left side. Please note that she has a significant crack on her head, which would be hidden under a hat or wig, but it is long and deep. She has cracking on her left shoulder, and under her left shoulder. She has quite a lot of adhesive all along the "wig line" from where a wig or hat had been glued on. I scrubbed and scrubbed at this adhesive to get it off, and I did a decent job, but there's still some left. I do think it would come off if you want to work on it some more (my arms were getting exhausted from scrubbing! Just use very hot water, and a nylon scrubbing pad or the type you use on a glass top range do a great job -- also a little household cleanser like "Ajax".) Now for the good stuff -- she is beautifully sculpted and has a realistic look. She is made of fiberglass and has pretty pink eyeshadow and rose lipstick. Even though she has a lot of problems, she will look very good from the front, and when wearing a wig or hat. This auction is for the mannequin head ONLY. WIG AND SCARF ARE NOT INCLUDED, but are included to show how pretty she will be modeling your merchandise. Color is light cocoa. She has a nice weight, about 3-4 pounds. Height: 18.5" Head circumference: 21" Please give her a good home! :)
