Who we are and what we do- We are a Janitorial Supply Store and Floor Equipment repair center for all major brands of floor equipment. Our trained technicians have thoroughly inspected each individual machine and have approved it for immediate use. All motors, hoses, belts, tanks, pad drivers, wheels, squeegees, and electronics have been inspected and replaced if needed. Warranty- All machines are in working condition when they leave our shop and will be ready to use immediately upon delivery. However, please remember that these machines are used, and despite our best efforts, sometimes you may still encounter problems with any piece of floor equipment. Because of this we are extending a 30-day limited warranty on the parts and the labor of all our used floor equipment unless otherwise stated. This warranty will replace any inoperable part- YOU MUST HAVE THE NEEDED REPAIR DIAGNOSED BY A TRAINED SERVICE TECHNICIAN OR ONE OF OUR OWN, AND DOCUMENTATION MUST BE SENT TO US. SORRY, BUT NO EXCEPTIONS DUE TO SOME PEOPLE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS GENEROUS OFFER. All other costs will be the responsibility of the owner. Shipping- Due to the fact we ship many items all over the country we have negotiated highly discounted shipping rates with many different brokers. We are happy to extend those rates to our customer. If you need a quote please send us your information including zip code, business or residential delivery, and if there is a loading dock or not. Once the best rate for your location is found, you will be contacted and informed of the rate. Local pickup is free and welcome. You may also set up your own shipping. All machines will come secured to a large pallet and wrapped for safe transport. Please note that on many machines shipping is free to a dock in lower 48 states if you use “Buy it Now” option. Payment- We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, money orders, and checks. Colorado residents will pay sales tax, along with anyone who comes to Colorado to pick up a machine. We would appreciate prompt payment, as we will do our best to get you the machine as quickly as possible. 26" Disk style scrub deck. • 20 gallon solution & recovery tanks. • Battery Powered: x4 6 volt batteries on a 24 volt system. • x2 13.5" disk pad holders. • Key switch and Curtis battery discharge indicator. • Solution flow starts automatically and stops when machine is in neutral. • Brushes automatically "time" off when machine is in neutral. • Brush motors are protected by an impact-resistant shroud which can be easily removed for service access. • A lever positions the squeegee bar on the floor and the vacuum is started with the brushes. • Roller protectors on front corners and Curved gum rubber industrial squeegee. • The automatic solution control solenoid eliminates the potential for cleaning solution to drain from the machine accidentally. When manual control valves are left open by mistake, product can be damaged, time is wasted, and a higher chemical expense occurs. In addition, the brushes stop rotating when the machine stops; this will protect your floors from unsightly swirl marks. • The automatic vacuum shut off device is designed to prevent water from entering the vacuum motor and damaging it when the recovery tank is full. There are no hinges to bind or floats to become saturated and fail as seen in other systems. Instead there is a reliable float assembly that is removable from the tank for easy access and inspection. • Scrub brushes have hands free mounting and removal. • Solid 8-gauge unitized steel frame is zinc-plated, yellow cromated and painted to resist rust.
