This was acquired along with multiple other items. The previous owner had upgraded to a newer model. This is a fine running Propane powered Ford 4 cylinder motor! My garage isn't quite big enough but I was able to test it out and everything seems to work. I have an owner's manual with it, which is a necessity if you've never used one. What you get: HydroCat 5015 Model 495000 (original gas production model converted to LP) All Operational Original 3 speed selector switch with actuator disabled, replaced with hand throttle 2572 Hours Hydrostatic transmission with foot pedal forward/reverse operation Multiple new scrub pads, extra set of brushes set up for scrub pads with keepers Horn works / Yellow beacon strobe unplugged / One headlight works / Seat semi-repaired, had a wear/tear in the side. You are welcome to check this one out almost anytime, just let me know! We are located just south of Milwaukee in Racine County near the popular fireworks stores, 7 Mile Fair, and Manheim Auto Auction. What you need to know: Nilfisk Advance states that all squeegee, bushes, etc. are still available for this model May need additional spares or replacements for brushes, squeegees, etc. Recommend a tested inspected propane cylinder You will need a very low profile trailer with a capacity to haul 3,000 lbs.; Keep in this unit has a very low clearance on unit and hard rubber fork lift style wheels. Overall a great unit appearing to be "ready for use", not many used ones for sale, several are listed for over $4,000, and a new one I believe is over $10,000 for a comparable unit. This one well built, approximately 4' 6" wide and 8' long. I am not an expert at the actual value so I am listing this as NO RESERVE!; so bid wisely, bid first, bid often, but the last bidder will be the winner.
