This is a used regulator by Advanced Specialty Equipment.  This item is used but appears to be in good condition.  I do not have any way to test regulator so I will offer a 7 day return policy if it does not work.  This item has been in a climate controlled facility since I acquired.  Part # - UPE3150 Max. Inlet Pressure - 3000PSI Return Policy - If item is not as described or does not work, I will offer a 7 day return policy.  Buyer responsible for return shipping AND my shipping charges are non-refundable.  Only the bid amount will be refunded.  Refund will be given once I receive item back and verify same condition as when I shipped.  If item is damaged or has been tampered with NO refund will be given. Terms of sale 1.  At surplus_equipment_2012, we do not have the ability or knowledge to do extensive testing.  We plug in and describe what we see and hear to the best of our knowledge. 2.  All items are sold as is with no returns unless clearly stated in ad.   3.  Charges include shipping, insurance, packing materials, gas to drop off(I am a small business and don't have daily pick up).   4.  Payment expected with in 5 days after auction ends. 5.  Item will ship within 72 hours after payment has been received and cleared.  Item will ship either FedEx or UPS ground. 6.  Locals can pick up in person but must pay cash.
