You are looking at a perfectly working, high performance RF & microwave spectrum analyzer from ADVANTEST model R3272. The R3272 is very well built and has no known flaws. It can over-range from 100Hz to 27GHz and is calibrated. Passes all self tests and works well within factory specifications. Has so many functions impossible to list here; for those unfamiliar with it, reading the operating manual here can be an eye opener. The firmware of the R3272 is user friendly, has a wealth of useful customizable parameters and functions like only Advantest were able and willing to develop. An external monitor can be hooked up and it will print screens on standard printers. Its local oscillator has better phase noise specifications than AGILENT 8563E and E4407B.   I have hooked up an SDR receiver to its IF output in the back and was able to resolve weak signals close only a few hertz to a carrier at 10GHz due to its ultra-clean YIG circuitry; try doing this with another spectrum analyzer! In fact with this combination (R3272 + SDR) you can use it as a fantastic DC to deep microwave frontend for an all mode, highest possible performance receiver.   It is in excellent shape and will serve you for many more years to come. This analyzer model is directly supported by the free software KE5FX's GPIB toolkit, plots can be downloaded to PC and signals monitored in real-time. Sold internationally non DOA of course.
