The unit is in good to great cosmetic condition. It may have a small scratch here or there. The readout screen has some small scratches on it, but does NOT EFFECT the readout at all (see pictures of readout). All buttons, knobs, and switches are good and intact. The serial # is J003094 and the serial # on the Test Set is 9305014. Will works with 120 & 240 voltage. We always re-check the item before we ship it.
