As you know with most government agencies, when a new grant comes in, they have to justify the grant by buying new equipment leaving very useful equipment for surplus.  Comes as shown!  Powers up and acquires a reading.  Reading may be incorrect but unsure.  No means to test further.  The front glass and top have been removed.   USA CUSTOMERS- NO MEANS TO TEST, sold as is.  ?INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- SOLD AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. 1.
