This Boiler was installed new in a new school about a year ago in spring of 2015. It passed Texas state certification in early Nov. and was used a couple of times. Then the Saturday after Thanksgiving 2015 they had a flood in the basement due to torrential rain. The boiler was flash flooded and the school claimed insurance to replace it. It was gently removed and I bought it and carted it home. It has not been used since that point. For all intents and purposes it is a new unit in unknown condition. There are some cosmetic scratches and dings to the outside covers, it is not in pristine condition, but most of the major components should realistically be undamaged, with the electronic controls being the unknown exception. This is being sold as is, where is, with no guarantee that it will work. The original cost was over 100,000.00.This unit is 88.25 inches long, 74.25 inches tall, 34.25 inches wide, and weighs approximately 4000lb. it also includes a high pressure water pump (see pictures).  It requires access to AC input power at 208 VAC, Three-Phase, 60 Hz @ 30 amps, OR 460 VAC, Three-Phase, 60 Hz, @ 20 Amps. Access to Natural Gas line at a minimum pressure of 14 inches W.C. with the unit in operation (approximately 20" W.C. static). The manual foreword says, "The AERCO Benchmark 6000 MBH Boiler is a modulating and condensing unit. It represents a true industry advancement that meets the needs of today's energy and environmental concerns. Designed for application in any closed loop hydronic system, the Benchmark's modulating capability relates energy input directly to fluctuation system loads. The maximum turn down ratio for the Benchmark 6000 is 15:1. This Benchmark model provides extremely high effeciency and makes it ideally suited for modern low temperatures as well as conventional heating systems." Input Range (BTU/hr) Min. 400,000 Max. 6,000,000. Output Range (BTU/hr) Min. 372,000 Max. 5,580,000. This unit has one of the highest outputs for a unit of it's compact size.
