Premium grade ruggedized single mode fiber optic coupler, made by Alliance Fiber Optic Products (AFOP). Never used, individually packaged, with factory test report. Dual window, wide band design provides 50/50 splitting across both O- and C-band.  One of the two output connectors has been cut off and is not included. Remaining pigtail is 21" long.
