Works perfectly (my current bench unit). Pouch and paper manual (user and programmer's) are included as well. 3 months unconditional right of return. 1 year direct exchange/repair guarantee. This model boots up fast (3~5 seconds) compare to my 500Mhz Agilent (Infiniium) and Tektronix (TDS) digital scopes which takes at least 1 minute.  It's easy to use and the buttons/dials are very responsive and the layout is very intuitive (at least to me) that it took me almost no time to figure out how to use it without Reading The Fine Manual. :) It also have a relatively small footprint and lightweight. Gets the job done with the least amount of frustration.
