Bid with confidence!   This Agilent 66319D Dual Power Supply/ Dual Mobile Communication DC Source with Battery emulation and Digital Voltmeter, is in excellent working condition. Although it was originally designed for cell phone manufacture, it is an outstanding general lab supply as well. It is a 2 quadrant unit capable of sourcing positive output voltage on channel 1 and 2, as well as sinking input on channel 1. This for example allows you to supply output power to your device using channel 2 and simulate the main battery of your device being charged, by sinking current on channel 1, at the same time! It is the top of the line, high performance model of the Agilent mobile communication power supply line, featuring: ·       +15v 3A output on channel 1 ·       +12v 1.5A output on channel 2 ·        -2A sink capability on channel 1 ·       Built in additional digital voltmeter for checking voltage anywhere in your circuit ·       Programmable output resistance of -40 milliohms to +1.0000 Ohms on channel 1 to simulate the internal resistance of a battery. Can set to zero if not in use. Guaranteed working – 14-day return period This is a wonderful device. It has some minor case scratches from rack insertion. It has a scratch on the bezel which is no big deal. Cosmetically I would describe this unit as in very clean condition. The display is bright and the buttons and control knob works like new. It passes the internal self-testing and has no errors. It has been extensively load tested on channel 1 to +15v 3A and on channel 2 to +12v 1.5A. It is very stable and accurately agrees with other instruments. It also was extensively sink tested to -3A on channel 1. It is designed to sink up to -2A for typical use. The programmable output resistance was also verified as was the accuracy and function of the extra digital voltmeter. This unit is set for 120v 60Hz mains operation. It can be configured to your countries power voltage and frequency by manually changing the lugs on the internal transformer. (The lugs are supplied internally by Keysight). I can do this for you, however it would involve breaking the security seal and I don’t have your mains voltage to test it afterwards. I have done this on other units of this type that I purchased from Europe, that were set for 240v operation.
