8673b HP signal generator / sweeper 2 - 26.5 ghz.   works great ,  tested signal into my spectrum analyzer and sweeps and cw's great , amplitude accuracy is within spec, . signal output is clean and within spec for phase noise and signal is stable.there are no spikes in the noise floor so yto and ytm are good.  this is from around 1990 or so. , it is an old unit so there may be some quirks but for the most part its guaranteed to work normally and within cal spec , im offering a 3 day right of return on this. it says none in the listing because there is no option for 3 day  right of return but buy with confidence. calibration cert for an extra 200$.   if you want to return it you can within the 3 days you receive it. you must pay shipping both ways.
