Frequency Range: 0.01 to 20.0 GHz Resolution: 1 kHz, 1 Hz with option Aging rate: <1.0 x 10-8/day after 72 hours, <1.5 x 10-9/day after 24 hour warmup - with option Frequency switching time: <50 ms to within 1 kHz RF output Maximum leveled output power: +13 dBm at 0.01 - 1 GHz, +11 dBm at 1-20 GHz (+10 dBm with option) Minimum leveled output power: 0 dBm, -90 dBm with option Display resolution: 0.01 dB Flatness: ±0.5 dB for power >=-90 dBm, ±0.7 dB for power <-90 dBm (The use of Type-N RF connectors above 18.0 GHz degrades specification typically by 0.2 dB) Level switching time: <17 ms (without step attenuator range change) Output SWR: <2.0:1 nominal Harmonics: <-55 dBc at output levels <+6 dBm, 0.01 to 1 GHz; <-50 dBc at output levels <+6 dBm, 1 to 20 GHz Non-harmonic spurious: <-60 dBc (>=3 kHz), <-50 dBc (<3 kHz) Residual FM: At 1 GHz, <15 Hz in 50 Hz to 15 kHz bandwidth.
