This is a 3D printed air assist nozzle with laser marker. Suitable for the Shenhue K40 laser cutter. Air assist is essential to reduce burn marks when laser cutting wood and this is the perfect starter kit.  The item is designed to fit 8mm tubing to an air pump (not supplied) and to also securely house a laser marker which is supplied with a choice of red dot, red cross or red line pattern. The laser marker will require a 3-5v power supply. I personally use this same nozzle kit and wire it to a USB cable that I spliced (It's easy to do and I can give you instructions and help on how to do this).  Item does not come with an air pump but they can be sourced cheaply on eBay. Let me know if you want any recommendations based on your budget as I have tried and purchased various pumps.  Package contains: 3D Printed air assist nozzle (available in black or white) 5v Laser marker with either a red dot, red cross or red line pattern. 5cm sample of clear plastic tubing. I do not supply tubing in longer lengths as different set ups will require different lengths depending on the distance between the machines and the pump. I do however supply a sample fitting which is also useful as a join if you already have tubing that may be thinner or thicker in diameter.   3mm nylon screw to secure the nozzle to the laser head. 2mm screw to secure the laser marker.  The results are amazing and you'll notice a big difference in quality when laser cutting wood.  If ordered before 4pm it can dispatched same day via first class for next day delivery.
