VERY COOL United States of America military wind measuring station.  Very unique, comes with original tech manual including fold out schematics.  An outstanding conversation piece.  Fascinating and fun for everyone. To the best of my knowledge this item is complete, I do not have the separate tripod mount which is used for ground mounting.  I have not assembled nor tested it, and as such it is being sold "as is".  The condition, with the exception of the scuff on the wind vane, is like new.  As pictured in the final picture the hardware bags have never been opened.  Thank you for your consideration of this interesting item.  As a footnote, I personally bought this because I liked it so much, as a storefront attraction, which obviously did not get installed.
