Mix-Elvator is a medium to high production batch plant, aka "Micon Rig" used for continuous, automatic proportioning, mixing and conveying of dry gunite/concrete/refractory materials. It features a 30 hp diesel engine, low-maintenance hydraulic drive train and the Airplaco “Hydraulic-Ratio” control system. Coupled with a C-10 Rotary Gun, dry-mix gunite batch plants are used for a variety of Gunite Concrete /Refractory maintenance and construction projects. Standard dry-mix batch plants are powered by 30 HP Diesel engine, equipped with an efficient hydraulic drive train, exclusive "Hydraulic-Ratio" proportioning system, and is mounted on a heavy-duty single axle trailer with electric brakes and complete light package. The Mix-Elvator gunite batch plant eliminates the need for material deliveries.
