Additionally, the AirVac DRS24C BGA rework system boasts high efficiency 800W top and bottom heaters with digital closed loop temperature control, electronically regulated gas flow rate control, and ramp-air feature to prevent initial displacement of flux or solder paste. It also comes with a LTP Beam-Splitter Vision system with custom-built fiber optic illumination, Leica stereo microscope with zoom lens, color camera system with zoom lens, linear bearing carrier system with fine X and Y adjustments, built-in Theta rotational adjustment, auto process control software providing "In-Process" adjustment of temperature, gas flow, time, and nozzle vacuum, and multi-step profile capability. The system has three thermocouple channels for process control feedback. The AirVac DRS24C BGA rework system comes equipped with a camera, IR probe, and Air-Vac DRS site cleaner. This high-tech system includes a Leica microscope, dual zone bottom side heater, and manuals to provide top-tier performance. It is great for any military facility looking to enhance their process viewing experience. This BGA rework system has a maximum board size of 400x500 mm and can handle components up to 30 mm on the top side and 40 mm on the bottom side. The view angle of the microscope is between 45° - 60°, and the theta rotation of the heater head is +/- 10°. The system can handle components of up to 40x40 mm (Standard) or 50x50 mm (Option). The gas pressure is between 4-6 bar and temperature can range from 150°C to 420°C. Hot gas can be compressed air or nitrogen.
