This item is a Quartz Dispersion plate for a Sulfuric or Phosphoric recirculation tank used by Akrion for their Gama wet stations. The tank should be sized for dual 200mm teflon wafer cassettes. The dispersion plate is in excellent condition and includes removable spacers and locators. The dispersion plate has built in nitrogen agitation with a 1/4 inch tube compression fitting connection. This plate will be hard cleaned to remove organics, particulates and metallic/ionic contamination. The plate will be packaged for shipment in a cleanroom and ready for installation. This plate is compatible with Akrion wet stations using Imtec tanks sized for active grippers often built for Sumitomo down flow spin dryers. This plate was removed from Submicron Systems/Akrion Project Number 325-04.
