We have for sale a recently decommissioned Alessi / Cascade Microtech wafer prober, as seen in the photos. This is a 6" prober, and comes fully equipped as you can see. The microscope is a Bausch&Lomb Microzoom with 30mm widefield 10X eyepieces, C-mount camera adapter, and long-working-distance objectives 2.25X, 8X, 25X and 50X. A digital camera w/ its power supply is included. The 6" wafer chuck is temperature-controlled, and it comes with its Alessi temperature controller. It heats up, but we have not tested it for accuracy. All movements (scope, platten, stage) work fine. Also included are 4 Alessi micropositioners, magnetic base; all their movements are precise and tight. The illumination for the microscope is included. Shipping via freight will be quoted after the sale. We do not access to a shipping dock, it will have to be picked from a residential address. However, we will package it on a pallet very carefully. If you live within 200 miles from Portland, OR, we can deliver it.
