We have for sale a recently decommissioned Alessi / Cascade Microtech wafer prober, as seen in the photos. This is a 6" prober, and comes fully equipped as you can see. The microscope is a Bausch&Lomb Microzoom with 30mm widefield 10X eyepieces, C-mount camera adapter, and long-working-distance objectives 2.25X, 8X, 25X and 50X. The 6" wafer chuck is temperature-controlled, and it comes with its Alessi temperature controller. It heats up, but we have not tested it for accuracy. All movements (scope, platten, stage) work fine. Also included are 4 Alessi DCM100 micropositioners, magnetic base, with 3-axis micrometer drives; all their movements are precise and tight. The illumination for the microscope is included. Shipping via freight will be quoted after the sale (please ignore the free shipping option indicated in the auction description). We do not have access to a shipping dock, it will have to be picked from a residential address. However, we will package it on a pallet very carefully. If you live within 200 miles from Portland, OR, we may be able to deliver it for free.
