We provide many options for shipping, so if you have a special request please ask. UPS Ground is standard on all orders under 100lbs. Items over 100lbs. might need to ship via motor freight. How much will shipping cost? Our shipping prices vary based on location and item. Please see the “Shipping and payments” tab above to calculate rates based on your zip code. If the item is over 100lbs, and is setup to ship via freight, please email us your zip code for a shipping quote. How long does delivery take? Most items ship out same business day if the order is received by 12PM EST. If the order needs to ship via freight, processing could take 1-3 days. Expedite options are available upon request. How do I make shipping changes? If you need to make changes to the shipping address or delivery method/instructions after ordering, please email us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate. If fees are incurred due to buyer action or error, we will require reimbursement and additional costs might apply. Payment How do I pay for my order? We accept many payment methods including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, certified checks/money orders or wire transfer. If your order needs to ship via freight, we will send an invoice with shipping costs so that you can send payment. We do prefer PayPal, but we’re flexible so please email us with special requests. When do I pay for my order? We prefer to receive payment within 3 business days. Please communicate with us if you need more time. After the 3rd day, if you haven’t made other arrangements we might open a case through eBay to collect payment and/or recover lost fees. What if I change my mind? It happens. Please email us as soon as possible. Prior to sending payment, we can easily cancel the order. If you request a refund after making payment but before we ship your item, we can almost always provide a full refund. Do I need to pay sales tax? We are located in Lebanon, PA USA so if you’re shipping to a Pennsylvania address your order is subject to 6% state sales tax. Returns Can I return this item? Yes! Within 14 days of delivery, as long as you haven’t used the item, and can return in original condition. We have many duplicate/similar items so please ask us about an exchange.
