Customer Service Return Policy Culinary Depot is committed to making your online shopping experience a pleasurable one - we therefore offer a customer friendly return policy. We will gladly accept returns on all unused items that are still in their original packaging, with the exception of custom items and equipment with optional accessories. The customer is responsible for any shipping cost and up to a 25% restocking fee on all items. Walk-ins are subject to 35% restocking fee + cost of shipping. Damaged Items Culinary Depot does all it can to assure that your item is shipped safely and securely. In the rare circumstance that your item is received damaged or defective, or it is simply not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid packing slip. Please mark the box clearly with this number and include a copy of the invoice you received along with the item you are returning. Due to the fragility of glass and china, we cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival to you. Therefore, we ask that any orders of glass or china be inspected upon arrival. If your order is defective in any way please refuse the delivery. Should you fail to do so, we regretfully may not be able to authorize your return. Exchanging Item If you purchase an item and for any reason want to exchange it for a different product, we are happy to help you do so as long as you contact us within 30 days from the original date of purchase. If the returned item is brand new and still factory sealed, we will issue a store credit for the full price of the item, minus the outgoing shipping costs that were paid to get the original item to you. If the item comes back to us in used or open box condition, there will be in addition to the shipping charges, a 10% processing fee deducted from the issued store credit.
