This appears to adjust from app. 9" all the way out to 20". This is done with the wing nuts and cap bolts this appears to be of a thick strong non breakable metal construction. It comes with 2 plastic roller sleeve inserts that are in a plastic bag that's attached to the frame. Please note I am not a paint person so please see pictures for better description.
