Thanks for looking. TRUE CIRCLE tools are made in the USA by Gartman Machine Shop.This is a circle cutter bar with a pivot pin, magnetic pivot & an inside-outside roller guide attachment for a Victor 2460 cutting torch (1-101 tips). The roller can be inside or outside the cut line.  It will adjust from 2" to 26" circles. It supports the torch cutting tip at the right cutting height. The pivot pin should be used for cutting circles up to 12" diameter. The magnetic pivot is used for circles greater than 12" diameter  has a 66# pull and should not be subject to no more than 150 degrees heat. This is a great addition for any welder or fab shop. It will ship USPS Priority Mail. A Pay Pal account is required.
