Allegro MX - long range BT w/ SurvCE 2.62, Total Station, Robotic & GPS Modules. This unit has the long range blue tooth module installed from the factory but does not have Wi-FI, but it can be added by purchasing a PCMCIA adapter and wi-fi card if you choose for about $15. Includes 2 batteries (don't know how good they are), hard case, charger and CD. Carlson SurvCE an be upgraded for $150/version. 6 is the latest but if you wanted to go to version 4 for what you need it would be $300. You would just call Carlson Software directly with the software s/n and they will give you a new license.
