The item is in Fair cosmetic and working condition. Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. There are some heavy scuffs on the top and sides of the device. The model sticker has some heavy scuffing. There are heavy scuffs on the back mounting brackets. (see picture #8) There is a piece broken off the bottom of the power terminal. (see picture #4) I was able to power on with an in-house standard power cord with stripped wires (not included) connected to the power terminal. Indicator lights tested to be working. I was able to connect to an in-house PC via USB B port. I was able to measure 120VAC using an in-house multi meter (not included). Battery compartment and Terminals are untested. Product is in working condition.
