These have never been installed or energized (some assembled items will be tested prior to shipping to insure proper functioning.) Anything other than new will be CLEARLY stated in the description and/or title above. Warranty & Returns: If you receive a defective item please contact us by email within 5 days after receiving your shipment to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We need to receive the returned item within the 30 Day Warranty period. We will replace the defective item if one is available. If one is not available a PayPal refund will be issued. Please note that our Warranty does not cover Software, Calibration Issues, Passwords, or Bios Upgrades. Returned items are carefully inspected before issuing a refund or exchange and must not have any signs of damage or abuse. Items should be returned by trackable means and packed carefully. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. Shipping: We primarily use UPS and UPS Freight for all of our shipping, but can also ship via USPS. You must have a physical address for us to ship to. PO Box addresses are unacceptable. Unless “Free Shipping” is offered, buyer pays all UPS, UPS Freight, or USPS fees. We do not add any extra or hidden handling charges or fees. We can also ship on your UPS account if notified prior to finalizing the Ebay invoice.
