Allen Bradley PanelView 900 2711-T9C1 Operator Interface Panel Powers Up, but Has Error 24 This is an operator interface panel from Allen Bradley for their PanelView 900 family of interface panels. It is model 2711-T9C1, SER C. This unit powers up and the display illuminates, but it gives an Error 24 duringself-testing (details below). Because this PanelView has an Error 24 on startup, it is sold AS IS and there are NO RETURNS. Please keep this in mind when considering a purchase. We received this interface panel and tried to test it out. We connected a power cord and applied power. The display illuminated and the built-in self test started. But the self-test reported an Error 24 and the module would not proceed further. We looked up the Error 24 condition and found it indicates a firmware CRC failure. This error condition might be corrected by reinstalling the firmware on this unit. I would rate the cosmetic condition of this unit as good. The display window has a number of scuffs, scratches and blemishes. This is shown in photos 4 and 5. The front panel is in good shape with a few minor blemishes. The back panel is in good condition with some minor blemishes and writing on the labels. Please see the photos for the cosmetic condition of this interface panel. This PanelView has catalog number 2711-T9C1, SER C, REV D, and FRN 3.02. This item does not include a power cord or mounting brackets.
