Unable to test the device. Shipping is for the lower 48 states using (fedex), all others will pay the actual shipping cost.  Items will not be shipped outside of the United States stated unless it is stated in the global shipping program.

Seller Notes “Used. Untested... Do not know how to test the item. Physically in good condition. Normal usage on device. CLEAR PLASTIC HOUSING COVER IS CRACKED ON THE UPPER RIGHT SIDE of the meter. The housing is in good condition. The + and - terminals are corroded. Several of the tubes included show some outside corrosion. The device and contents were housed inside of its case and the green foam began to corrode and struck to the instrument tubs and the + and - terminal.”
