This is an ALORUS Quick Change Tool Holder.  Model CXA-2.  It holds turning, facing and boring tools.  This item has been used and has wear and tear.  The elevation stud is bent; the washers and nut are missing; one side has been distressed(last photo).  Overall it is in fair shape.  If you have any questions just send an email.
